Areas of Practice
Todd assists clients in transactions and in estate planning. He handles real estate purchases and sales, farmland sales, land tenders, corporate re-organizations, new incorporations and start-ups, agri-business, oil and gas matters, wills, probate and the administration of estates, and business acquisitions and sales. He represents sole proprietors, partnerships, local and regional corporations, franchise owners, junior oil and gas companies, and local co-operatives and non-profit organizations.

Biography
Todd was born and raised in Lloydminster. He joined Politeski Strilchuk Milen in 2006 as an articling student and became a partner in 2008.
